Between Vellescot and Suarce, the private lake of L’Écrevisse is bordered on by one of the large traditional farms in Sundgau. Five years ago, the farm was turned into a restaurant called simply “L’Écrevisse”. Here, you can sample traditional fried carp, a speciality of Sundgau, along with liver and beef brains and cold meats and terrines prepared on the premises.
