Fish farm
Created in 1994, in DELLE, south of the Territoire de BELFORT (90).
Carp and trout specialist (with or without bones), smoked trout, in bulk or vacuum-packed fish.
We have a 150m² processing workshop with 4 cutting staff, on a 2.3 Hectare farm including 32 breeding ponds.
We have almost 40,000 trout in pebble-bottomed tanks. These are sorted throughout the year, to obtain the portion trout of 280-300Grs. Then a new selection is made to continue the cycle to obtain salmon trout weighing over 1kg.
We supply private individuals, restaurants, local authorities, associations, etc,
We are open from Tuesday to Friday from 9am-12pm to 2pm-5pm and on Saturdays from 9am-12pm.
