La Cabane aux Herbes

La Cabane aux Herbes is an organic permaculture-certified micro-farm growing aromatic and medicinal plants. It is located in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, south of the Ballon d'Alsace. Chloé and Robin, farmer-herbalists and artisans of botanical flavours and treatments, offer : - gourmet herbal teas (mixed plants, sobachas and mugichas with aromatic plants), - delicatessen products (spices, condiments, vinegars, syrups, jellies, plant-based sugars, etc.), - hydrolats and synergies, - healthy, minimalist cosmetics. The search for inventive botanical flavours is carried out through the selection and passionate cultivation of original plants and ethical wild harvesting in the Vosges mountains. Tasty, local spices - it's possible! The cosmetics, with their simple compositions, focus on the virtues of plants to offer a pared-down skincare routine, centred on the essentials, for authentic, lasting well-being. From the garden to the workshop hut in the heart of the fields, the plants express all their complex aromas and fragrances. And of course, everything is done by 4 hands, in the traditional way: from the seed to the label! Tours of the garden, botanical walks and passionate workshops on plants are available for young and old alike.
